No Return Policy

Has Of Bridezilla has a strict No Return Policy. All sales are final and refunds are not permitted. However, we do offer a 15-day Exchange policy for customers who wish to exchange their items. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must contact us within 15 days of receiving their item(s) and the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer must also provide proof of purchase.

The exchanged item must equal to the original price of sale, any remaining difference will be issued as a store credit or additional difference must be paid by the customer.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hausofbridezilla@gmail.com. Exchanges must be sent to the following address: 2232 Dell Range Blvd Suite 245-3251, Cheyenne, WY 82009. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and if it is in the proper condition, we will send a return shipping label and instructions for sending the new item.
